About The Coalition to End Sexual Exploitation (CESE)

The Coalition to End Sexual Exploitation (CESE) is focused on bringing a variety of people together to solve and end the complex social issue of sexual exploitation, including the public health crisis of pornography, sex trafficking, prostitution, child exploitation, sexual violence, and more. In order to do this, CESE unites the efforts of like-minded organizations and leaders across the world in a loose coalition. As of June, 2016 there are more than 280 national, state and local organizations in the Coalition. A partial list of these groups can be found here. (It is partial because of the limited time available for updating the list often.) Members of the coalition include the following:

We need strong, united leadership in order to galvanize a successful movement that will defend human dignity. Many groups around the country address specific needs and challenges in this fight. However, work and resources are often duplicated; groups are unaware of what others are doing; and many are working in isolation, constantly reinventing the wheel rather than improving or building upon existing strategies. As members of the coalition, we can create a unified front when faced with seemingly insurmountable issues in our field. If this is an issue that matters to you, we invite you to join with us to end sexual exploitation. The National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE), director of CESE Coalition, hosts an annual Summit for leaders and concerned citizens in an effort to facilitate strategy, collaboration, networking, and training on the latest research and messaging tactics. NCOSE also maintains an email list of leaders and regularly sends out announcements from CESE members and hosts monthly webinars for movement leaders to provide deeper insight into various aspects of the fight.

The Purpose of this Site

  • Facilitate networking and sharing of resources for leaders in the movement

Navigating the Movement

Finding help, resources and organizations

We have tried to add all groups we are aware of who are dedicated to helping end exploitation. This includes groups that deal with prevention, recovery, education, advocacy, and more. We hope this will be a valuable tool to those looking for help, as well as for those looking to get involved in this critical fight.

If you have a group that we should add to the site, please have them fill out the form here.

Directing the Coalition

The Coalition to End Sexual Exploitation is directed by the National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE). The National Center on Sexual Exploitation works to address the links between all forms of sexual exploitation and to combat the public health crisis of pornography. Learn more at www.endsexualexploitation.org. This website is maintained by NCOSE in order to help better serve concerned individuals and those groups and leaders leading the movement.
